fatek plc

I am going to control room temperature using fatek plc and i need very sensitive temp sensor, friends suggest ntc thermistor . I need your practical experience to choose that thermistor that will be connected to plc and i have analog module for the plc.

thermistor is more sensitive than RTD so I am searching for thermistor. any suggestion

does RTD will give me sensitivity 0.5 cand can't i calibrate thermistor for plc , I know that they use PTC with motors to measure their temperature so they are used.

you must consider that fatek plc does not suport ptc sensor as direct modules to sense that sensor ,but it have TC moduke and RTD modules only
and i see 0.5 resulution not bad

if you have analouge moule ,you can use RTD or thermistor as you can and CONVERTER TO analouge signal (0:10vdcor 4:20mA) the resoution up tofull scall of tempreture /16000

i can connect it directly to the analog card .right

you can conect it direct to RTD module
such as FBS-RTD6

what about the analog module?

if you have analoge module ,you must use RTD to analouge signal converter(0:10vdc or 4:20mA )
then conect to analouge module

could you please explain what is the need for analouge signal converter(0:10vdc or 4:20mA
doesn't RTd like thermistor need inupt voltage so the output is also voltage?

fbs 4pt ,it for linear potintiometer
put you must burchase FBS RTD6 model and now you can direct conect RTD PT100 to this module
