The technological tree structure of the project contains
- all devices (control, drives etc.),

- user programs in filterable hierarchic views.
Navigation within the tree structure will open the parameterization or programming tool associated with the selected object.

Software Compatibility:
With SCOUT package no "Silent Setup" is possible under the operating system Microsoft Windows 7.
SIMOTION SCOUT V4.2 SP1 runs on the Windows XP SP3 (Professional) or Windows 7 (32 bit Professional or Ultimate) operating system.
SCOUT 4.2 SP1 is based on STEP7 5.5 and requires the HF4 for STEP7. This HF4 is supplied with the SCOUT.
The WinCC flexible Version 2008 SP2 Update12 is required in combination with WinCC flexible. Also this update is included in the delivery.
