This module provides the student with an introduction of what ControlNet is; including terminology and the tools required to work with ControlNet. The student will learn about installation procedures required for ControlNet Hardware and Cabling and Remote I/O. To conclude, the message instruction used for unscheduled inter-processor communications and finally scheduled inter-processor communications will be covered.

This module provides the student with an introduction of what ControlNet is; including terminology and the tools required to work with ControlNet. The student will learn about ControlNet Cabling, RSNetworx software and finally be able to interpret and modify scheduled and unscheduled peer to peer PLC-5 communication configurations.
