اريد توصيل الplc بالكمبيوتر لعمل downloadللبرنامج ومعى
MPI caple
profibus caple
and RS232C caple
واتعامل مع S7 300 v5.4 sp5
ممكن طريقة توصيل الهارد وير وضبط السوفت وير لتوصيل الplc بالكمبيوتر خطوه بخطوه
وشكرا

يمكن اخى الكريم تصفح هذا الموضوع لعله يكون مفيدا

ولكن هى طريقه لعمل upload وليس download

كل ما عليك هو تجهيز المشروع الذى تريد تحميله على الPLC ثم بعد ذلك قم

باختيار الامر download

لاحظ اخى الكريم ضبط الhardware configuration

وكذلك لم تقم بتحديد نوع الCPUوكذلك ايضا لم تحدد نوع ومواصفات

موديول الدخل والخرج الرقمى

وبالتالى لابد ان يكون هناك تصور كامل للمشروع وادراج كل محتويات الهاردوير

الأخ العزيز

هذه الأنواع الثلاثة من الكابلات لن تفيد معك في الاتصال بين الكمبيوتر العادي PC وبين Siemens PLC S7-300 عبر المنفذ COM-Port أو USB-Port ولكن يلزمك استخدام وسيلة أخرى مثل :

PC-Adaptor USB أو PC-Adaptor-RS232 أو CP5611 وهذه الأجزاء يتم شراؤها من سيمنس أو من أحد الموردين لها ويوجد مع منظومة برامج سيمنس البرامج الخاصة بها ولدينا هنا على المنتدى كل تلك البرامج وطريقة ضبطها في منتهى البساطة وسوف تجد في الموضوع على العنوان التالي كتابا باللغة العربية يتعرض بالتفصيل لكل العمليات وكيفية ضبط الاتصال وكيفية تحميل البرنامج من وإلى CPU

but i have last question
my cpu is 315-2DB (6ES7315-2AH14-0AB0) v 3.0.3
but this version dosn't excist in simatic hardware cataloge
only v 3.0 can be found after updating
can it be the problem
i cant make connection to plc

Dear friend

Your first question means you can't communicate with CPU and you gave us list of available communication cables with you and version of software and asked about adjustments of communication parameters.

Now you say you have specific CPU (6ES7 315-2AH14-0AB0) and you already installed the HW update which contains V3.0 not V3.0.3 given that the last update from siemens is V3.0 only and I agree with you for the last point and here is the H.W configuration availability after update.

Please tell me exactly what do you want to do , even , if you can communicate CPU you can monitor the program under Accessible nodes also but without downloading/uploading ?

وإليك أخي العزيز هذا الرابطمن سيمنس والذي يشمل آخر تحديث لوحدات CPU من موقع سيمنس الرسمي وسوف تجد فيه فقط V3.0 وهذا بتاريخ 15 مارس الماضي أي منذ شهرين فقط تقريبا

وهذا يعني أن سؤالك عن هذا الاختلاف ( الجزئي ) في رقم الإصدار لن يؤثر

Dear friend

- Do you use Siemens PG or Portable PC?
- What type of communication do you use?
- What is your setting of communication?

it seems that you have the last software and updated but we need to review the setting and communication cable with you

i'm using desktop pc with win xp sp2
i don't know what caple should i use but i'm using RS232\ PPI multi master caple
but i've MPI caple if i need it
and this is the configration i did

and this is tme serial port parameters

Dear friend

It is not the required cable , the cable you used is suitable for S7-200 and some of OP-panels but it is not supporting S7-300(MPI/PROFIBUS) communication

You need either of :
- PC-Adaptor USB

or

- PC-Adaptor RS232

if you have serial port

I prefer the first one

there is another but this is the most popular way for S7-300/400 and S7-200 in the same time

but can i use the MPI caple or profibus network by using brofibus caple and profibus fast connectors it's the only caples available for me as i need also to connect cp341 RS232 (ptp)to the cpu
it's graduation project

Dear friend

The problem is that you need converter to MPI/PROFIBUS protocol which is not available in your desktop PC and so you need this converter, your MPI cable is valid if you use Siemens Laptop in which MPI/PROFIBUS converter is built-in

But in your case you need this converter which is available in PC-Adaptor USB/RS232 and it is not available till now the schematic diagram of such circuit

If it is possible to rent it for a time from any company for your project it'll solve the cost problem for you

But it is the only way that I know
