Problem to install Step7 and Wincc on windows 7

I'm student in France from Algeria
i did my internship Last year in my country of 1st year Master in electronic and energy.
and i worked with step7 and wincc , thanks to this forum it was very helpfull because it was the 1st time that i used this two softwaire and it has been a long time that i want to work on them.
the problem that i donwloaded Wincc flexible 2008 and Step7 V11 and icould install this version on wondows 7
i was obliged to use VMWARE to work on XP
so please help to fix this problem
and i need some example to work on projects .
